Why we collect information and what we do with it
We collect information about you on our website so as to better serve you and meet your interests and needs. Information is used internally to process, track and fulfill orders; analyze preferences, trends and usage; and or communicate with you about our products, services and promotions.

We do not sell or rent email addresses. Ever. You and your in-box are busy enough!

Privacy of Children
We sell children’s products but we do not sell to children. The Women Run website is a general audience site. Women Run does not send emails to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 13.

You must be 18 years of age to purchase from Women Run online. The purchase of items from Women Run online requires the use of a valid credit card or other valid payment method as approved by Women Run, and certification that the purchaser is over 18 years of age.

Your comments
We love to hear from you, but please know that any comments, reviews, photos, ideas, or art sent to Women Run shall be the exclusive property of Women Run. By submitting any email or correspondence to us, you thereby release all proprietary claims and intellectual or other property rights. By taking part in promotions, contests or sweepstakes offered on the site, or by requesting promotional information or product updates, you agree that we may use your information for marketing and promotional purposes. In such instances Women Run will do so without sharing personal identifiable information; unless we receive your permission.

We reserve the right to use, reproduce, and or distribute this Content without restriction and without compensation. On occasion Women Run may conduct surveys, raffles, sweepstakes or other competitions, with its own distinct rules and conditions, which will be posted on our website.
